My journey in the events industry started well around 4 years ago after graduating from the University of Ghana with a Sociology & Linguistics degree. I’ve always been the person to always do something or help to make sure everything flows for my people regardless of whether they’re doing, be it a birthday photoshoot or anything at all regardless if it was for an event or not, & I love love 😂 so being involved in something to do with  weddings was always in the cards for me.

The wedding industry & weddings in general have been something I’ve loved since I was little. I finally took the leap of faith in 2019 when my friend/roommate’s fiance gave me the opportunity to plan their proposal through to their wedding in 2020 that officially kickstarted the PinkGrace Journey.

God has been extremely good to us with the inflow of clients from all walks of life. My team & I have had the chance to work with so amazing people. It is quite a privilege to be trusted & handed the responsibility to plan & execute such vital milestones in your lives & we don’t take it for granted. Everyone is welcome to join the PinkGrace family.

The process of event planning is very long & cumulative. If you trust your event to me and my team, it’s a known fact that it’ll be very beneficial to you.

Here at PinkGrace, for every event, we normally come  in a solid team of 4 consisting of a lead planner & 3 coordinators to ensure a seamless flow of events. More coordinators are added per the guest numbers we’ll be handling on the day of event.

WHAT WE DO

I. PLANNING

Our main concern is making our clients vision, ideas and dreams on their events a reality. This includes exploring  the realistic ideas and vision of the client and planner, vendor selections, financial  planning & budgeting, vendor selection, meetings and negotiations step by step.

II. DESIGN & DECOR

With a keen eye for design, we make sure to design your events with you and secure vendors who’ll carefully curate designs that satisfy each client’s

vision, unique taste and budget. 

III.  COORDINATION

Event coordination begins soon as all vendors are booked for your event. It mainly entails sharing clients’ visions for their event with the specific vendors and making sure things run smoothly between the various vendors. On the day of you wedding, our job begins as well as the sun rises till it sets with us supervising all vendors to make sure their agreed duties are done. We make sure to stay ecstatic while, we work our magic behind the scene.
