This agreement automatically activates my services to you from th e day you book for our services and expires wh en all the vendor deliverables are all fulfilled. The planner shall obtain the client’s approval in writing before entering into a binding contract for the event. The planner is also available to meet the client in person to talk further on the event if the client deems it necessary but only if the client has paid the initial consultation & booking fee.
TRAVEL POLICY
In the case where the events are done outside Accra and outside Ghana, the client will make this information privy to the planner so they can discuss further. In situations like this, the planner would suggest choosing local vendors based on the specific destinations of the event unless the client doesn’t mind flying certain vendors in from one location to another. We’re available to travel to all places in Ghana and outside Ghana. The client will cater to the travel (flight)and accommodation (hotel) needs of the PinkGrace team and any other vendor who is non local at the destination of the event.
The client will discuss hotel options with the planner in order for the planner to choose the most suitable place for the team and or vendors coming in from Accra. The client will also cater to the on ground transport needs of the vendors and team in the particular city.
CANCELLATION
a.BY CLIENT The client may cancel this agreement at any time. 30% of the total service fee will not be refunded to the client. If the client cancels within 14 days of signing the agreement, the client will be entitled to some refund if the amount paid is more than 30% of the total charge. If the client cancels less than 30 days prior the event date, the client will not be entitled to any refund regardless of the amount paid
b. BY PLANNER The Planner may cancel this agreement at any time. If the planner cancels, she must provide a suitable replacement planner & coordinator, subject to the client’s approval, obtained in writing. In the event where the client refuses the service of the replacement planner & coordinator, the full amount paid shall be refunded to the client.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LEGAL FEES
In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.
LEGAL AND BINDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. This Agreement may be entered into and is legal and binding in the State of Ghana. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by the State and/or Country in which both Parties do business. In the event that the Parties do business in different States and/or Countries,
this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of that State and /or Country.
