FULL EVENT PLANNING & COORDINATION
IT IS OUR DESIRE FOR YOU TO HAVE THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE & STRESS FREE TIME PREPARING FOR YOUR BIG DAY AND AS SUCH THIS PACKAGE IS CAREFULLY CURATED FOR COUPLES THAT WOULD LIKE TO DELEGATE EVERYTHING TO A PROFESSIONAL TO HELP THEM EXECUTE ALL OF THEIR IDEAS & VISION FOR THEIR EVENTS.
This service includes an Initial consultation, A Comprehensive meeting with our lead planner to get an understanding of your vision, style and design preferences. We also Accompany you or do site visits for you depending on your availability during the period planning. You get a Team of experts on the day of consisting of the Lead planner, Lead coordinator and 2 assistants or more for the days. We Create a detailed & editable spreadsheet which will have all thorough vendor service details as we pick them and also a budget section where you can track payments as we make them. We Handle distribution of payment to each vendor. Spreadsheet will be accessible to couple only & the planner. We also create timeline of events and distribute accordingly to all vendors calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery.
We Manage day of the events for a total of 6-14 hours from planners arrival depending on type of event. We handle all final touches, such as Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, etc. We Assist with direction of guest seating for ceremony and reception.
Clients get Access to planners wedding day emergency kit. You also have UNLIMITED PHONE AND EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE to our planner from time of booking till well after event. Kindly go through our terms & conditions as well as our service briefs before booking.
ONE DAY EVENT
This package is for couples wanting our service to plan & coordinate one event on any one day of their choosing.
It could be engagement & reception only or Wedding & reception only.

This package is the most popular package. It applies to couples wanting our service to plan & coordinate their events for any two days. This could apply for engagement & white wedding with reception on any two days the couple want or any event at all the individuals want to have in said 2 days.

THREE OR FOUR DAY EVENTS
This is the full PGE package or the crème de crème package. It applies to couples who require our services from the individual bachelor/ bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners, engagements , white wedding & reception and Sunday thanksgiving events . This package comes with complementary bridal styling.

COORDINATION ONLY PACKAGES
We want you to enjoy your day. This package is designed for couples that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Your day of coordinator will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.
This coordination service includes, but not limited to the following- Initial Consultation, Thorough walkthrough of venue, You get a Team of experts on your day of consisting of a Lead associate and 2 coordinators or more depending on the guest numbers. We Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly to all vendors. If required by couple, we handle distribution of final payment to each vendor & Handle clients final touches.
Overall, we manage the day for a total of 8-12 hours from planners arrival. Clients also have Access to planners wedding day emergency kit.
ONE DAY COORDINATION
This package is for clients who have completed the planning process of either the engagement or wedding & reception and need professional coordination.
It applies to event with guest numbers ranging from 50-250. Extra fees apply for more than 250 guests.

This is for the For the couple who have completely planned their engagement and wedding but desire professional coordination and execution of their event days. It applies to event with guest numbers ranging from 50-250 each day. Extra fees apply for more than 250 guests.

DESTINATION EVENTS
All events in Ghana within & outside Accra are eligible to have all the same rates stated above.
However for clients outside Accra, kindly check out travel policy in our terms and conditions section before you proceed.
For events outside Ghana, kindly discuss with the planner for a price quote to be given to you. The rate will be based on the specific location, type and scope of your event. Also check our travel policy for further information before booking.
BRIDAL STYLING
Every bride needs a stylist. This is a bespoke service for the sophisticated bride provided by our lead planner who possesses the knowledge and expertise to help you feel your absolute best on the day of, and in the photos that last a lifetime.
We get a fair knowledge of your sense of style and provide personalized advice about your wedding looks. We research, choose and work with the best designers to curate sketches and designs, pick fabrics options, colors, etc. based on your taste & preferences to come up with custom pieces for your special day. We also pick the best accessories to go with your looks for the days of your event. We also pick & recommend the best makeup artist based on your skin color & types and the best hair stylist & hair pieces to go with your looks for your event.
This service also includes day of dressing service.
PAYMENT POLICY.
Kindly note that 30% of the above fees that suite your type of event must be paid to confirm booking (consultation & booking fee) and is NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. The remaining 70% of the fee is due at least 3 weeks to the event date. For any percentage of the total service charge made before the day of the event, the remaining percentage is due a 3 weeks before the event.
